"...Chris’s attention to detail during our coaching sessions whilst still maintain awareness of the bigger picture makes training with him hard yet extremely rewarding"
"In February of 2016, after a break of 25 years I started playing Inline hockey again at the ripe old age of 45. I worked hard throughout the year and was over the moon not only to be picked for two division 1 teams (different leagues) but more importantly for the GB Masters Inline hockey team for the world championships to be held in Bolzano, Italy in June 2017.
I decided at the start of the year that to be in the best possible shape for the World’s I needed to get more help with my training off the rink and after some research I concluded that with his knowledge and experience in dealing with power sports, Chris would be the perfect coach.
I have been working with Chris now for a little over 2 months and the improvements I have made can only be described as astounding. I have seen wholesale increases in strength and this improvement has filtered down to my performance on the rink; not only have I recorded improvements in the GB testing programme but I have also felt stronger on the rink and been able to maintain technique and speed through to the end of games and stay injury free.
Chris’s attention to detail during our coaching sessions whilst still maintain awareness of the bigger picture makes training with him hard yet extremely rewarding, plus having my non-coached sessions set out for the month enables me to plan my training properly around my hockey commitments."
