I offer a deluxe one-on-one personal training service that's tailored to you and your goals.
Personal training starts with a FREE one-to-one consultation or video call. This meeting allows me to fully understand where you are now and what you aspire to achieve. We'll discuss your current lifestyle (including your current training and nutritional habits) in detail before deciding on the best course of action for you going forward.
Your first session will consist of a postural and movement screening. This session is crucial for your long-term development and injury prevention. I'll assess your static posture and any necessary movements so that I know how you move and whether you have any potential mobility constraints.
From then on, every personal training session will be tailored to you. You'll learn new exercises and skills that get you closer to your goal, and I'll deliver motivating sessions that guide you to where you aspire to be.
Sessions can be booked individually or in blocks of 5, 10 or 20 personal training sessions. These block packages include training and nutritional programming, helping you to continue progressing outside of our sessions. Book Now

You shall also receive access to the members area which includes training & nutrition information and the Exercise Directory so you shall never feel lost with your training or your diet.
Single 1 hour Personal Training session - £45
5 Personal Training sessions + individualised training programme - £215 (£43 per session)
10 Personal Training sessions + individualised training and nutrition programming - £400 (£40 per session)
20 Personal Training sessions + Individualised training and nutrition programming – £750 (£37.50 per session)
Sessions purchased in blocks must be used within a year of being bought, which is plenty of time for any package.
