I began training with chris a little over a year ago now when I first showed interest in Olympic weightlifting. Chris' experience and knowledge of both training and nutrition has helped me to keep my bodyweight in check while massively increasing strength (my snatch has gone from 50kg to 92kg and my clean and jerk has gone from 70kg to 115kg, so over 40kg on each lift in just over a year)
