"I have been using Chris as a personal trainer since the Autumn of 2010 and am probably as fit as I have been since giving up rugby over 10 years ago. At the age of 42 my initial objectives were simply to shed a few pounds, improve my general fitness and reduce my body fat to a normal level. Chris' approach of never using the same series of exercises in any two sessions and making me keep an "honest" food diary enabled me to my objectives within a much shorter period of time than I thought possible.
